What to Look for in Borehole Reviews
Reviews are more useful when you know what to read for. On borehole work specifically, the things worth noticing are whether the contractor was straight about the risk of a poor or dry hole beforehand, whether the quote was itemised and whether the final invoice matched it, whether yield testing and water analysis were done before equipment was specified, and whether documentation was actually handed over at the end.
A review describing what happened when something went wrong is generally more informative than one describing a project where nothing did.
